Snapgrid: Block Puzzle — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Snapgrid: Block Puzzle (the "app") is a free puzzle game for Android published by Munex ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app and the services it uses handle, why, and what choices you have. The app has no accounts, no sign-in and no in-app purchases.

1. Information stored on your device

The game in progress, your settings (sound, haptics, theme), your best scores and your Daily Challenge streak are stored on your device, and uninstalling the app removes them. When a game ends, the app also records analytics events that contain figures such as your final score, number of moves, game length and Daily streak (see section 2). These events are not linked to your name or email address, because the app never asks for them.

2. Information collected by the services the app uses

The app uses Google services. They collect the following when you use the app:

ServiceDataPurpose
Google AdMob (ads) Advertising ID, IP address (from which an approximate location is derived), device and app information (model, OS version, app version, language), ad interactions. In regions where consent is required, ads are requested only after you respond to Google's consent form. Showing and measuring ads, limiting ad frequency, preventing fraud and abuse.
Firebase Analytics App interactions such as games started and finished, scores, undo and continue usage, plus device information, an approximate location derived from the IP address and a random app-instance identifier. Where consent is required, collection starts only after you have responded to Google's consent form. Understanding how the game is played so we can improve it.
Firebase Crashlytics Crash reports and diagnostics: stack traces, device model, OS version, app state at the time of the crash. Finding and fixing crashes.
Firebase Remote Config A random installation identifier and basic device information, used to fetch settings such as how often ads appear. Tuning the game without releasing a new version.

We do not collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos or any other personal files. We do not sell personal data. In the European Economic Area and the UK you can review or change your consent choice at any time under Settings → Privacy options in the app.

3. How the data is shared

The data above is processed by Google as our service provider (and, for advertising, as an independent controller under Google's own policies). See Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase's privacy information. Data sent over the network is encrypted in transit.

4. Your choices

5. Children

The app is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app, contact us and we will help remove any associated data.

6. Retention

Analytics and crash data are kept for the default retention periods of the Google services (Analytics event data: up to 14 months). Data stored on your device is kept until you uninstall the app.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted at this address (https://snapgrid.munex.in/privacy.html) with an updated date.
